Mako Miyatake  宮武茉子

My research interests are in the interdisciplinary field of food and engineering. I have been working on digital food processing systems that enable chefs to extend their creativity without technical expertise. I aim to leverage my experience in device making, robotics and user-centered system development to expand the food design space.

I received a Bachelor's and Master's degree in engineering from the University of Tokyo.

I also learned professional cooking skills at Tsuji Culinary Institute and obtained a chef's license in Japan.
